The grilling grate and plancha are made of enamelled cast iron and are resistant to heavy wear and tear. The grill grate can be used to cook all normal grilled foods and the plancha can be used to conveniently grill shrimps, burgers, bacon, eggs, fish and anything that requires a more delicate grilling method.
