Bonuss

Smartech.ee Bonus is a cumulative discount system in which all private customers who have made a purchase automatically participate.

 

Smartech.ee Bonus system rules:

 

1. When purchasing goods on Smartech.ee using your private account (for yourself or friends), the amount of bonus points indicated on the goods description page is credited to your bonus account. The amount of bonus points is equal to the value of the goods (1 EUR = 1 Bonus point). The accumulated bonuses can be used to receive a discount when paying for subsequent orders.

 

2. The bonus is credited immediately after receiving the order. To get a 10% discount on a product in the next purchase, you need to accumulate 2800 points = 10%. If the amount of bonus points exceeds 2800 points for one order, for example 2900 points, then the client can use 10% discount on one product during next purchase, and 100 points will be automatically credited to the bonus account.

 

3. In case of subsequent cancellation of the order and return of the goods (including the warranty case), the credited bonus is withdrawn.

 

4. The bonus is counted only in the case of self-placement of the order. If the operator places an order by phone, e-mail or otherwise, the bonus is not credited.

 

5. The accumulated bonuses cannot be received in cash, the bonus can only be used to pay for orders on Smartech.ee.

 

6. Accumulated bonuses cannot be transferred to other users.

 

7. Accumulated bonuses can be used within 2 years from the date of accrual. After 2 years, the overdue part of the bonus amount burns out.

 

8. In case of using a bonus in conjunction with another discount (for example, a discount code), the rule applies: first of all, the bonus is deducted from the order amount and only after that another discount is applied if the conditions for its use are met.

 

9. Smartech shop OU reserves the full right to change the terms of the bonus system at its own discretion.

 

10. The accumulated bonus can be checked by logging into your personal account on the website.

 

 

Examples:

Step 1. The client placed an order for the amount of 200 EUR. After paying for the order, 200 points will be credited to the bonus account.

To receive a 10% discount on next purchase, you must accumulate 2800 points.

 

Step 2. The client placed an order for the amount of 3000 EUR. 3000 points will be credited to the personal bonus account of the person who made the purchase. On the next purchase, the client can use a 10% discount (-2800 points) on one product, and 200 points will be automatically credited to the bonus account.

 

Step 3. The client has made an order and wants to use the accumulated bonus in the amount of 2800 points for payment. The 10% discount will only apply to one item per purchase.

 

 

NB! Accrued bonuses are not reflected on the issued documents, you can always check the accumulated bonus on Smartech.ee by logging into your account.
