Remove the rear wheel from your bike, connect your bike to the Saris H3, download the app to your compatible iOS, Android, or PC device, and you have a full-blooded exercise bike with natural-feeling pedal feel, gearing, and power metering. From your device, you can set a fixed resistance level, a dynamically changing power level, or use the app, which changes the resistance level according to a pre-planned workout or virtual route. Your bike will last longer, your training will be more realistic and you'll maintain and improve your fitness during the winter months.

The direct-coupled transmission is a more modern alternative to the tyre-coupled transmission and is therefore - virtually silent. It works with both road and off-road bikes, regardless of the type of braking. It feels almost like riding on the right road, which is why world champion Mads Pedersen trains on it.
