Optimize your run and understand your performance more deeply
The HRM 600 helps you take your running performance to the next level. It gives you access to running dynamics data, such as stride rate loss. This feature shows (when used with a compatible smartwatch) how much your pace slows down each time your foot hits the ground. This data helps you hone your technique and improve your efficiency.
Record your performance even when your watch isn’t on your wrist
Sometimes, like in certain contact sports, you can’t wear your watch on your wrist during training. The HRM 600 can store your heart rate data in its memory. After your workout, you can sync data such as heart rate, calories burned, speed and distance directly to the Garmin Connect™ app. This way, no workout is left unanalyzed.
Easy to keep clean and long battery life
After a hard workout, it's important that your equipment is easy to keep clean. In the HRM 600, the heart rate module is easy to remove from the belt, and the belt itself is machine washable. You also don't have to worry about constant charging, as the heart rate monitor's rechargeable battery lasts up to two months on a single charge.
