Data includes sleep quality scores, sleep stages and heart rate variability to help you better understand how your body recovers during the night (the data presented is intended to be an accurate estimate of the values monitored).
Women's wellbeing monitoring provides more detailed information about the menstrual cycle based on skin temperature, such as more accurate estimates of menstruation onset date and ovulation estimates (this feature is not intended to support conception, contraception or birth control and is not a medical device).
If you wear a compatible Garmin smartwatch during the day, your data syncs seamlessly to the Garmin Connect™ app, where you can find more information about your well-being and exercise performance.
