The Fiskars Hard Face 28 cm Non-Stick Frying Basket is ideal for hard-working use and cooking at high temperatures, especially for browning, braising and one-pot dishes.

The non-stick, ceramic Ceratec™ Superior coating of the Fiskars Hard Face range makes cooking effortless. Easy to use and easy to clean, the non-stick coating browns a variety of foods beautifully and is suitable for effortless frying of eggs, vegetables, meat and poultry, as well as gentle cooking of dishes such as fish and tofu.

The high quality roasting pan is made from 100% recycled aluminium and heats up efficiently and quickly on all types of cookers, including induction hobs. The robust energy base works great on all types of cookers, but is most useful on ceramic cookers, where it heats up 50% faster and uses 30% less energy per heat transfer. The transparent, heat-resistant glass lid has two different pouring features. The roasting pan is ovenproof up to 150 degrees Celsius and has a maximum roasting temperature of 270 degrees Celsius.
