Ajax Hub 2 is the heart and brain of the smart Ajax security system, providing connection and coordination of all system devices, such as motion sensors, door/window sensors, smoke detectors and sirens. It is designed to provide maximum security and reliability, effectively responding to any threat and immediately informing the user and/or security service The main feature of Ajax Hub 2 is its photo verification function, which allows you to connect motion detectors with a built-in camera (e.g. MotionCam). This means that in the event of an alarm, Hub 2 can send photos to the user and security service, providing visual confirmation of what happened and reducing false alarms. Connectivity is provided using multiple channels: Ethernet (wired internet) and two SIM cards (2G/3G/4G), ensuring reliable and redundant communication even if one of the connections is disrupted. Hub 2 uses Ajax's proprietary Jeweller radio protocol, which provides long communication range (up to 2000 meters in open field) and high energy efficiency, allowing sensors to operate on batteries for up to 7 years. In addition, it has the Wings radio protocol for transmitting visual alarm verification. The device is equipped with a built-in battery that provides autonomous operation for up to 16 hours in the event of a power outage. Hub 2 is easy to install and manage using a mobile app, and it provides a high level of security with encrypted communication and protection against false signals and interference.
