Upgradability

Asus has completely redesigned the 2025 Strix G18 to make upgrading even easier. The tool-less design allows easy access to both RAM, SSD drive and fans, and we've also brought in our latest Q-latch system for SSD slots. You can remove and replace the SSD and RAM in seconds. The specially designed bezel covers the rest of the motherboard to protect other components, but can be easily removed with a few screws for users who want to fiddle around more.

ROG Intelligent Cooling

The cooling solution on the 2025 Strix G18 has been completely redesigned to give you the best gaming experience on your machine every time. The exhaust vents have been moved to the back, keeping warm air out of your mouse hand. The sides and bottom of the machine act as air intakes, creating a natural and efficient path for airflow. Air also flows through the keyboard lid, keeping your hands cooler during intense gaming sessions. Combining the end-to-end vapor chamber with a dual-sided heat sink, Tri-Fan technology and Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal in both the CPU and graphics card, the 2025 Strix G18 achieves lower noise levels in Turbo mode compared to the previous generation, while still delivering the same computational excellence you expect from a Strix machine.

The Strix G18 has a 16:10 panel with 500-nit brightness and 100% DCI-P3 overlay, so its colours are incredibly accurate and pixel-perfect even in the fiercest gunfights.
