Return policy

1. Products purchased from the Smartech.ee e-store have the right to return within 14 days. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days and the consumer must return the goods no later than within 14 days of making the withdrawal application.

2. The invoice that came with the purchase of the product is required to return or replace the product.

3. In order to exercise the right of return, the consumer must submit an application (form can be found here) to the address of the Smartech.ee e-store info@smartech.ee not later than within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Also specify the following information in your e-mail: the product to be returned, the original invoice number and the consumer's current account to which the money will be returned.

4. The returned product must not be damaged and must be complete and in the original packaging. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal and to avoid paying compensation in the event of a return, the product packaging must be opened carefully without damaging it. It may be used to inspect the goods in a manner necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing

5. The 14-day right of return does not apply to the following goods / cases:

- the product has been manufactured according to the consumer's personal needs or according to the conditions specified by the consumer;
- the buyer is a legal person or a company;
- computer games and computer software, gift cards and sealed audio-video carriers (DVD, HDD, SSD, CD) are not refundable.

6. If the product has been purchased as part of a campaign where another product has been added to the product, you must return the entire set (ie all products).

7. We will transfer the money back to the Consumer's current account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal application.

8. The Smartech.ee e-store has the right to deduct the cost of compensation for the returned product and the refunded amount.

9. If the returned product (and product packaging) has deteriorated and the deterioration is caused by circumstances that are not caused by Smartech shop OÜ and as a result of misuse of the product, Smartech shop OÜ has the right to set off the decrease in the value of the product with the amount paid by you for the product and to be returned to you. For set-off, Smartech shop OÜ will send you a set-off application to the e-mail address provided by you when placing the order. If you do not agree with the decrease in value indicated in the set-off notice, you have the right to involve an independent expert to determine the decrease in value of the product. The costs related to the expertise shall be divided in half between you and Smartech shop OÜ, unless the position of one of the parties is obviously unfounded. In such a case, the costs of the expert examination shall be borne by the party whose position was manifestly unfounded.
